Get help
Read Docs or this Learn site first. Signed-in users open Support from the account menu — an AI agent answers first and can escalate to a human ticket. Open and resolved ticket updates appear in the header bell, not in Profile notification toggles.
Open Support
Account menu → Support (Beta). You must be signed in. The agent can explain rounds, fees, wallet flows, ticket status, and wrong translations. For deposits or withdrawals, have a transaction hash or screenshot ready if asked.
Tickets and the bell
After human escalation, a ticket card appears in chat and in the header bell dropdown. Tap a ticket for status and Reply from our team when resolved. Mark all as read clears the blue dot. Profile → Settings → Notifications is separate — those toggles are for deposit, withdraw, and tip toasts on this device.
FAQ
Where is Support?
Account menu → Support. Signed-in only. Guest browsing cannot start a chat.
What is the header bell for?
Support ticket updates — open and recently resolved tickets, team replies, and Mark all as read. It is not Profile → Settings → Notifications.
What happens after escalation?
A ticket card appears in chat with a status badge. Updates also show in the bell. Tap the ticket to read Reply from our team when the issue is resolved.
What will Support never ask for?
Seed phrase, Google password, authenticator secret, or recovery codes. Hyperprice Support follows the same rules as the Security page in Docs.
Where is the full guide?
English handbook: docs.hyperprice.io/help/support-chat-and-tickets. Product help is not investment advice.
